How Photo Day Works
1. Select the type of fund raising commission plan.
2. Select the type of delivery method for the final products.
3. Schedule a date for your photo day.
4. We will send order forms two weeks in advance.
5. Forms go to parents one week before the scheduled date.
6. We come to your location and take the photos.
7. Photos are delivered in less than three weeks.
We create a unique photo day experience. When we set up for an event we bring full size 10x10 light
controlled tents to ensure proper lighting and no squinting eyes.
To ensure we get get good expressions we always take more than one shot, why have a make up day when it can be done right the first time!
For indoor sports we will have professional backgrounds that are professionally lit to give you the
quality to deserve.
Each player receives one -on-one attention from a professional photographer.
We set up a team system that is roped off to keep teams organized. This system provides a safe and
controlled environment and will ensure a smooth photo day.
Each photographer will have a photographer's assistant on the larger groups, to help keep things running smoothly. Accustomed service representative will be at our point of sales area to answer questions and display our large variety of products.
